About this Position
Tribesquare is seeking a talented and passionate Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing user interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences. You will work closely with our UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to bring our digital products to life
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement responsive, high-performance web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS and modern front-end frameworks such as React, and Next.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design mockups into functional, user-friendly interfaces.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a smooth user experience across all devices and browsers.
- Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic and APIs
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, providing timely solutions to ensure project deadlines are met.
Net starting salary at ₦150k
Skill/Personality Requirements
You are a good fit for this position if you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (at least 2 years) as a Front-End Engineer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of web applications.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, and Nextjs.
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and optimize complex applications.
- Familiarity with back-end technologies and frameworks is a plus
